Picking up Cascadia ISX 450

2012 Cascadia ISX 450
10 SPEED
Leased out to hood since 2012
Purchase price 24850 from 28850
604K miles

What should I do first? Where should I bring it to make sure its up to par since the stealership isnt a good idea?

I assume if that truck was leased nobody take care just pushed pedal to the floor.
First thing renew fuel pump otherwise you risk to lose your engine. If it still has ceramuc plungers , particles will go through oil galeries and destroy everything. Replace fuel pump plunger &barrels, tappets. You can check my video
