exhaust manifold gasket leak
This morning I've spotted an oily soot trail around cylinder#5 exhaust port. 6500 miles after my previous PM and oil is still at the full mark. Should I start worrying about ?

RE: exhaust manifold gasket leak
did you let truck idle for a period of time?
A small leak i wouldnt be that worried about but keep an eye on it.
Could be valve guide seals or piston wet stacking. They will do sometimes when idling.

Agree with Mr Hagg, that's a monitor condition, along with time to start saving for "manifold gasket and possible v/g seal replacement fund".
You're not in critical condition, but it's something you should prepare for
