im looking at a 2016 international prostar with a isx 450. it have 417k miles.did this year came with the problem that the other isx had??

All of the ISX common rail engines have the proverbial "fuel pump problem", including the new X15. Change the guts of it every 400k miles (or eqiuv. engine hours) and you will can easily avoid it.

It is my understanding so far that the only thing they changed in the X15 about it is they put the pump on its own separate oil feed so the shrapnel does not take out the whole engine when it dies.
