Pulled the boot. No popping sound. Can hear a chugging when the air compressor cuts in. That and the miss is still audible. So to me, that is good news.
Still debating the investment for insite. I probably will. I have a cheap HP laptop. Very slow most of the time. Does one need a loaded up laptop to run insite?
Where is the best place to purchase what I need? Thanks a bunch.

Does not take much to run Insite on a laptop. Software is included with the above reader.

Doesn't take much to run insite a brand new 300$ laptop could do it. Even though I run mine on a premium Acer predator gaming laptop

Basically any factory laptop that can run Windows 7 will run Insite no problem. There is no need to buy anything fancy. If your HP runs Windows 7 or newer, have it fresh (clean) installed 1st. Make sure its virus and BS free.

Well I got all my goodies. Inline 6 and Panasonic Toughbook dedicated to Insite. Stuck at the registration/password etc. Have searched the forums here and unclear of how to proceed. I bought the Inline 6 from Autogeek on Amazon. Is that who I contact. Or do I need to contact Cummins. I know the info is on here somewhere and I apologize in advance for not being able to find it. Thanks
