Volvo DPF Pressure

Volvo is a good truck but the dealer and there mechanic seems to be seriously lacking here. Parts department is bad enough. But what little conversation I’ve had with service manager... I was about to choke him just trying to find out what ride hight should be on air ride front axle. I have never actually seen mechanics doing work. I asked service manager last time I was there picking up parts after hours if he actually had a night shift because I’ve never seen anyone doing anything. The guy is a real ass. I would hate to be dependent one him for my lively hood.
