RE: Coolant leak
Well Thx Rawze for reminding me I don't want to be dependent on these crooked shops! I got out there this morning in the rain and found 2 water leaks! I've still got to get a new clamp and gasket for rear of egr cooler that is not sealing back up but for right now coolant pressure is holding! I'm gonna replace imap and delpta p sensor also today, my 2350 is different than cummins your video showed egr lineup on, so any advice on what else I should do to egr system? Thx

RE: Coolant leak
You also need to go to quickserve.com and register your engine serial number(you'll find it on the valve cover..ESN) its FREE.

https://quickserve.cummins.com/info/index.html

Once you do that you can look up parts and service procedures for your exact engine. Although Rawze's method for testing an EGR cooler is better than the method Cummins wants you to use. Your engine is a little different than the one in that video but the principal is the same.

RE: Coolant leak
Seems like success, new clamp and gasket on EGR cooler worked aloft better with new parts! Replaced both upper radiator hoses and pumped back up to 20psi waiting to see if it holds now.

RE: Coolant leak
What are you using to pressurize the coolant system? And that is needed to connect to a T680? I’m looking to test my system
