Laptops and internet
So i am going to be getting back into OTR.

I've got a fairly decent laptop with me in the truck, nothing to crazy expensive or lacking to some degree in hardware. The company that im going to be leased under is going to be taking into consideration if i can pick my own loads from a load board if they cant get me rolling again.

So what internet providers are you guys using and what are you paying for the services? also i would like to add one of those stands in the truck so i can hook up insite and can monitor the truck while im out driving.

I use these guys, link below... AT&T and rock solid, works everywhere, and I have never ran it over limit... $99 a month. Even use it at the house when Xfinity goes down, the speeds are up there, more than enough to watch an HD movie with no lag and handle the largest downloads. I have the NetGear hotspot in the link... Going on two years with these guys, no issues whatsoever.

i was looking for a signal booster or thinking of getting one. this seems like this booster would tremendously help out with having a steady signal while out on the road. i sure hope att has stepped up their game since i've used their mobile internet years ago. one thing im conerned about is them throttle down the internet just because they can with out going over the limit.

Any smartphone can be the router. Turn on wi-fi hot spot on the phone and connect laptop or tablet or printer.
