Accelerator speed limit set parameter?

Hi guys! I'm trying to find out the parameter in insite (if not, in calterm) in which I can set the accelerator speed limit. I know how to set the cruise control speed limit, but not this one.

You're looking for the section that says "road speed governor" then you will have a drop menu with maximum accelerator speed.
