21 degrees start then shut down

replace the oil pressure sensor on the engine.

If that reading of 90 psi is correct, you have some kind of serious issues there and it needs to be looked at. ISX should not see much above about 40-45 or so, or things start to fail like the front or rear housing gaskets.
