I'm positive dealer knows the issue.. because I got 2 months Left on the warranty.... I took there couple weeks ago and they replaced water pump and heater core... those parts has nothing to do with moisture on oil cap... Crankcase filter has been replaced roughly 50k miles ago...as well I forgot to mention coolant reservoir has little bit bubbles in it and there is a steam as well..but dealer told me it's normal... Thanks everyone for the help...
