THANKS!!
Now I’m kind of scared but I’ll inspect it this weekend, Do you know if I can re-use the gasket?
Those videos are very helpful

I don't think so. When I did mine I bought 2 gaskets so I would have one on hand if I ever needed to open it again to inspect it.

The gasket is metal with rubber inserts. I have reused mine twice now.

Hey,
I did check the fuel return valve and I think is bad. I turned on the engine allowed to run for a bit and I loosened the hollow bolt it did started to leak fuel. I also turned off the engine and as soon as as it stop I loosened the bolt and it did leak less but it did. Did I do it right?

I also did check the fuel pump. Well good news is that it was rebuilt because is not the ceramic version. The thing is that I believe it is also leaking.
I did not remove the plunger just the metal pins

This test is not valid. Fuel leaking from fuel return manifold back to open end. You need to use tool I posted to block back flow at fuel return manifold. If you don't have tool you can use bolt with same thread and flat bottom to block flow into valve pipe.

that is true, but it can also be tested without that fancy hose. ... should have removed the whole line (before cranking it up), not just loosened it a bit while running. ...

I have done this same thing. I remove the banjo bolt and separate the line and then crank the engine up. No fuel at all comes out of the valve end when it is good. Typicialy, not very much fuel seeps out of the pipe end either if there are not other internal leaks or return line restrictions causing the return circuit to fill up.

-- At least that has been my experience with them so far.
