W900 Delayed Start
Hi Guys,

Im running a 2015 W900 with an ISX and for some reason thats beyond me the ignition sometimes has a delay. I turn on the key and wait a couple second for the primer pump to run a bit then turn the key to start the truck and sometimes the starter will kick in right away and other times it will not. I have noticed that if I continue to hold the ignition on for a few seconds the started will kick in and start the truck. Any ideas as to why the delay at times? I replaced the igniton and the second solenoid on the starter.

RE: W900 Delayed Start
Have a 2015 T660. Will do the same thing. I usually wait till everything has powered up and the abs has quit clicking before I turn to start. Only notice it when I am rushing to start it.

RE: W900 Delayed Start
It's the body control module going through all its self checks my t680 if I turn the ignition right from off to crank it will crank if I wait a second I have to wait for all the abs module clicks and such before it will crank.
