Volvo 670 with 2250

Hello to all,
This is my my first post since joining, I've been mostly reading and getting up to speed with this new world of knowledge.
I have a 2013 Volvo with a 2250 that was demandated at a shop in Texas. I'm setup on Insite but for the life of me I can't find a working Calterm 3 so I can download my current programming to send to Rawze for review. Can someone please PM me on this?
The shop that did my demandate told me that he didn't add new programming, but instead he just "turned-off" all of the systems related to aftertreatment, but I've read enough horror stories here to be wary of anything a shop tells me anymore.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
