Transmission question 13spd ud

Just bought a truck (86flc) has a 13 spd underdrive. Any info on making it od? Ive read something about swapping a box around or possibly flipping gears, but nothing in depth.

What trans model is it? A gear shop should be able to pull the aux box and change the gears but an overdriven auxiliary may not work quite right with your current main gears.
