RE: 2006 W900 lights are haunted. Help!!!
About 20 yrs ago i had a situation similar, and it turned out to be excessive dirt and cob webs on the backside of ignition switch...

That’s the panel I’m pulling off next. I have the trailer brake lights narrowed down to the fuse box. I’m getting no juice at the fuse so I ran a jumper to the relay from a spare fuse socket and they lit up so I’m gonna dig into the fuse box when the sun comes up. I pulled the ignition switch panel but it got dark on me. It’s definitely nasty in there. I’ll post my findings. I really appreciate all the replies guys. I found this site by accident and it’s nice to know a new member can get some help. Y’all rock!

If you look at the 2nd pic, you will see a 50amp fuse near the alternator.

Shoot yeh. I’m gonna order that thing. I appreciate the diagrams. I’ve already checked that 50 amp fuse. It’s just fine. One thing I did notice that I didn’t before is when I turn the marker or headlights on, the right turn indicator lights up but it doesn’t come on immediately. There’s a slight delay and it gets brighter until it maxes out. Not sure if that makes a difference.

I;m leaning toward's a ground issue, or a bad flasher.

Here lately sometimes my hazard lights burn on the dash continously, and i unplug the pigtail from the trailer then reinsert, and it causes the hazard light on the dash to function as intended.

Yeh that was one of the first things I checked out. It’s pouring the rain here so I can’t trace this out at the moment, but I did find a broken wire connector at the alternator. It’s in the same run with the ground wire ive circled in the pic. Not sure if this is part of my problem but I’m thinking it probably should be reconnected to wherever it goes.
