| RE: CM871 low power and fuel economy Truck power problems aside.. assume the program is bad. The place to start is to copy it out of the ecm and e-mail it to me for a proper review. For all you now some complete idiot forgot to map it properly and its going into the wrong engine modes. 90%+ of all delete programs I review have this issue and it severely shortens engine life.. causes dropped liners and all the things you mentioned as to why you had to rebuild it. Straightening out the power problems will become exponentially easier once 100% reliable, stable programming can be established.
