Sounds typical,... guess at it, replace parts, then guess at it some more. THERE ARE CORRECT PROCEDURES TO CHECK/SET THE ALIGNEMNT PROPERLY!!@! --- I would have been asking some serious questions about tolerances if someone told me my alignment was bad. If they knew the correct answers, and had used the proper procedures,.. then ok,.. but MOST OF THE TIME-- You get some MORON that does not even own a dial indicator or know the correct specs that is too happy to pull things apart and take your money instead.

That is likely because you let a bunch of MORONS work on it, who didn't follow all the proper procedures, or clean the components properly when re-assembling them!. I see it over and over.

As far a sthe A/C goes, It could be the front expansion valve, or a blend door that is letting hot air mix with cold air.

As far as the truck goes, Your problems may be much worse than you think. there are so many people doing bad deletes out there that destroy engines that it is not funny. You need to seriously get it checked out before you are facing a destroyed engine or head gasket.

Does it even have Pyro and boost gauges installed in it so that you can monitor how the engine is running?

You need to have the programming looked at ASAP! -- ESPECIALLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE BOOST AND PYRO GAUGES INSTALLED IN THAT TRUCK!

You blame a lot of your problems on the vehicle,.. etc.. but you should also be looking in the mirror real hard about taking the correct steps towards getting on top of your problems, educating yourself, and learning what it actually takes to own a truck successfully these days. --- I.E. -- you can't just run off to other places every time you have trouble, then expect not to get burned by it. There is more bad than good out here, and more crooks that are completely clueless about correct procedure and proper repair methods out here than most people realize. This puts the truck owner in a position to educate themselves so that they do not waste money all the damn time chasing problems the wrong way. Last i checked, the freight didn't pay well enough for allowing ignorant mechanics to make mistakes and take shortcut methods,... I say read, read, read, grab a wrench when you can,.. and when you have to rely on others for help and repairs,..... ASK A LOT OF QUESTIONS AND LEARN THE PROCEDURES BEFORE HAVING IT DONE!-- At least you will know if things are being done right, or if you need to go the other way and find someone else.
