In need of calibration info
Hey guys I have a truck with a cm2250 cpl 3491. I noticed the flash in it was CL10047 but the data plate calls for CL10046. Could someone with access to the incal descriptions get me the info? Trying to figure out if someone put the wrong file in the truck. Thanks.

Incal descriptions are useless.. Someone needs to compare the entire program to see what is actually different.

There are 12,627 program settings in each of these programs ... Here are the differences for program CL10047 vs. program CL10046...

* The CL11047 program has an optional second remote accelerator option available. This is vehicle specific, but only if you happen to have a remote throttle lever or device (like a tow-truck might has).

* The CL10047 has additional engine warmup protections (torque limiting until warmed up) turned on.

* The CL10047 program does NOT allow for a regen during PTO operations. The CL10046 allows this.

* The CL10047 program has an optional "feature exclusitivity Monitor" turned on. This is in support of additional Qualcomm device support so that mega-fleets can monitor and record more engine data via the qualcomm e-log device.

* The CL10047 program has a slightly more lax derate requirement for when the regen is required and the truck goes into a torque derate over it.

* The load based speed control (the manager everyone hates) .. it is turned ON in both programs .. however, has a lower RPM range it operates in with regard to restricting torque in lower gears, etc. for the CL10047 program... meaning it is more strict with limiting torque.

* the CL10047 program is actually 496HP @ 1500rpm | 1850trq (1100 - 1400 rpm range) .. and the CL10046 is actually 471HP @ 1500rpm | 1650trq (1100-1500 rpm range).

* PTO set and resume rpm are slightly different.

* The CL10046 program has specific additional settings for PTO operations like bulk tank pumping and such, and locked out from being edited in Insite. ... but the CL10047 program, this feature can be turned and allowed to be turned/edited via cimmins isite.

* The CL10047 has smart torque enabled. The engine will only make full torque for about 30 seconds or so.. then fall back to only providing 1800 ft.lb torque.

* The CL10047 program disallows the cab controller to turn off engine governor.. whereas the CL10046 allows this. This might be vehicle specific for some make/model trucks.

All other settings are 100% the same. Same DPF, same emissions, same hardware for engine, same everything. They are 100% compatible with each other.
