My crank case filter is maintenance free yep. Took a photo of the bolt that is leaking. I had an overhead done not long ago and the mechanic told me I had leaking bolts on the back and this bolt looks new too

Yep, 100% lol....

Pull the cover, clean the surface on the head really good and make sure that gasket is seated properly in the valve cover channel (although the damage already be done if its pinched). When reinstalling, be sure to follow Cummins tightening sequence and torque specs. Should be able to stop the leak if it is for sure whats leaking.
