2007 volvo with cummins cm870

have a 2007 volvo and the issue is that RPM gauge and speedometer gauge go down
while driving, accelerator pedal stops working , need to park on side of the road and restart the truck
sometimes the truck dont want to start back , just cranking
made a copy of codes when truck arrived (see attachments)
checked J1939 for resistance at ODB port - 60ohm with key off
run nexiq tester for canbus statistics and started to wiggle cables but couldn't make any errors on canbus, checked power supply cables with batteries for loose wires
cleared codes
test drived it , happend once speedo went down for 2 sec on bump
only code that came back was EC-60 Advanced ABS J1939 Communication

any clues what i can check?
assume its bad connection somewhere

Looks like you may be loosing ecm power, ground, or data link. Or maybe your ecm is taking a shi#t. Start your truck and smack the top of your ecm with a rubber hammer and see if the truck shuts off or stumbles. Then I would check my powers and grounds. There should be a fused power supply in the battery box, sometimes you find an issue between there and the ecm and also check your power and ground studs on the firewall.

i hit ecm top slightly and nothing happens
what happened is i disconnected abs module and reconnected it and later was not able to
start the truck
checked voltage on fuel shutoff valve and was none,
next day truck started
i read once on this forum about power surge on the truck that might disconnect the ecm for 15 mins
will try to inspect more points for ground and power supply on ecm
checked fuses on batteries already and found one splice on ecm power/ground lines

No problem. When I say smack. I actually mean smack the shi#t out of it though. Like right before the point of denting it.
