The sensor is genuine Cummins. We will check the tubes and wiring again.

If your still having problems could you post the engine serial number, miles and hours? Have seen similiar issues with NAV midrange engines but would like to see the engine wiring for Cummins.

have you replaced the AFT harness yet? is there any sensors making bad numbers in morning when you turn the key on cold dpf doc temp array? i normally replace the whole system when working with these systems so customers dont come back a week later because the temp sensor got damaged when fixing the emissions system.

especially here in area we use salt on the road in the winter and it fucks up any wiring underneath a truck. ive fixed tons of problems by replacing the AFT harnesses.
