Paccar MX13 epa 17

Hello guys I have a paccar mx13 in the shop right now throwing a code P3818 SCR catalyst conversion efficiency - reduction efficiency too low.
I usually work on Cummins engines and have trouble shooting material for that but on these engines i dont really have anything like that or to much experience on them. I was wondering if you guys have had this problem and how you guys went ahead fixed it. Any help is appreciated thank you.

just like with the red engines ...
Do an EGR tune-up. Clean and/or replace sooted up sensors, Bake the cans out, regen it, etc. + replace any suspect NOx sensors that are more than 400k miles old.

i have fleet of paccars and cummins, youll have to be ontop of maintaining the emissions system. but i will warn you paccar very picky motors and even properly running have alot of emissions issues after 150k. and toss codes and derates for pretty much any reason.

tfi421. Do you have access to factory service info? I work on a few T370 KW's and Paccar is horrible to get any info like wiring for. I've heard that the truck owner can open a free service account that will give access. Similar to what Freightliner does. So far the two dealers I've talked to say there is no such program.

yes factory davie 4 with eportal access and pvp and all that

no you have pay the 3k for access
and either one time fee or 1500 month annaully. my fleet account has it but

dont know if this helpful but install fixed version of esa 5.5/5.6 from paccar and it has wiring diagrams in there.
