2013 CM2250 cranks over no start J1939 failure

The reason you have the j1939 and dashed is the fact that the ecm is no powering up or seen on data link. Id pull harness from ecm and check for voltage going to ecm... if thats good. check data link with keys off should be around 60 ohms...normally a data link issue truck will still run. being its not running Im leaning toward ecm not getting battery power or switch power from cab.
