2024 x15 ticking at 1400 rpm

I have a 2024 W/S 49x tridem boom truck, I've heard this ticking noise awhile now about 3,000km. Seems to do it more often and its easier to get the engine to make the noise. It is one of those does it when it feels like things. Anyhow has the cm2450 x15 605hp/1850 in it. 3.73 gears, endurant xd 18 spd. Ticking noise is most noticeable right before the fuel pump flips highside around 1400 rpm. Noise can be quite loud. As soon as the pump kicks up it hard to here over that pump rattling noise but if you hold light throttle slight load it will tick for miles im sure it even seems to change exhaust note. The ticking has bothered me, I've had it to the dealership 3-4 times twice the have gotten. It to make the noise, told me it was compressor related or maybe it the def system running. Sounds very much like a valve tick but like a heavy tick or some king of injection pump noise. This truck has around 350 hours and just over 10k km. Dealerships have no idea what they are up against. It's an intermittent issue. Any ideas what the issue is, im not at all familiar with this engine at all. Thanks in advance.

Truck is brand new and only has 10km on it?.

It could be a lot of things.

some random guesses. It could be ...

... a sticky plunger in the fuel pump.

... a valve (or valves) that need adjusting.

... damaged or scarred cam lobe in overhead valve assy.

... Fuel line supply pipe going to the fuel pump is not secured as well as it is supposed to be.

... could be an issue with de-mandate programming (delete programming) if that has been done to it.

... something loose and vibrating enough to make noise at only that rpm range.

Sorry 10k km yes, I do local crane deliveries but also run the out of town that we do aswell. The old sterling/Mercedes (2008) has 350,000km and 13000hrs.
Sticky plunger in fuel pump is a possibility, do you know if these new motor are prone to faulty pumps like the older 2020 versions, dealer didn't even hint that they would go down that path for warranty, the amount of labor just to rip it apart then to test was too much I guess. Will this kind of knocking/loud tick be enough to damage my more important components, valves, piston, sleeves, or even injectors. Could it be a faulty injector cause the knock or tick.
Truck is factory still, we mustn't demandate for environmental reasons. Dealer did go through things and tighten possible cause but the noise is getting louder, so I think it is cause damage to something but I have no clue what. Valve was one of my thoughts aswell except shouldn't it be a more consistent noise.

How can I upload a sound clip.
I am joking on the mandated engines.

Is there a way to test this sticky plunger myself to recreate noise. Or for me to test any of these ideas you have myself without getting myself into trouble with the warranty police.

Your kinda at the mercy of the dealership if your under warranty and plan to use it.

You could run an injector leakdown test with insite, that will run the pump up to max pressure, if the noise gets louder it's likely something to do with the pump........That won't void the warranty.

Is there a particular way to get the insite program, I remember seeing a way to do this on a forum here.

I have no problem, buying it for a couple hundred dollars but I read its a subscription and costs around $1000 per year, is this true.
