I tried to remove the egr valve today and couldn't seem to get it loose. Just curious if I'm overlooking something. 2 bolts and the 2 hose clamps and thats it basically right??
3 bolts one middle looks like it's behind the wires
here is how I did one with a friend...

Isnt this on a 871 though? Different set up right? Sorry for the ignorance but when i started watching, it seemed like the 2250 was going to be different so I stopped watching. I will go back and watchit all the way through. Thanks for the help gentlemen!
That video is specific to cm871. On a cm2250 the valve is above the exhaust manifold. All you need to do is disconnect the piping at both ends then unplug it and remove the 3 bolts.[attachment=3279]
OUTSTANDING! THANKS! Ok now for 2 more questions haha. 1-where did you get that schematic? 2- how do I post pics in my posts like that?

register your engine on quickserv.com -- its free for up to 5 serial numbers and you will have access to everything you want to know about your engine.
And when you are writing a post or a reply, down the bottom you'll see "choose file". Select a photo you want to attach then press "add attachment". Then once it uploads, press "add to post" or "insert to post" (something along those lines).
