My mechanic doesn’t do programming but i can use his computer to have it looked by someone better. I will try to ask my mechanic if he can pull out that program and have it emailed to me so i can send you.

I have tried to contact unilevers on this forum but haven’t heard back anything from them.

As i live in canada i wont be able to visit these shops in the states. I can have it connected to computer and use teamviewer.

Chris at Price's Diesel will work remote, and I understand Mr Hagg will too. I would call them and see what they can do. One of them should be able to help you out.

I have had some serious complaints about Chris over at Prices diesell here lately ... I don't trust em very much these days. Just thought i would mention it.

I've learned a lot too. It was a good interesting 92 pages of reading.

I have all the software needed, but I still don't have an Inline 5 adapter or proper ECFG.
I've PM'd a few guys that I was referred to, but still haven't gotten any response.

Could anyone recommend a trustworthy person that will be kind enough to help a poor person like myself keep my money for milk, exactly how it is outlined by Rawze in the guide?

I've got a ProStar ISX CM871
I can PM you my number.
I am willing to pay!

And I will also donate to Rawze for his GREAT work!

Ramping up from another thread. Engines being done up on an isx15 cm2250. In the next year will be looking towards a de mandate, unless the system continues to work okay. But where would I find this guide - been searching a while.

What complaint do you have? Chris did a delete on my truck a couple days ago. What should I be worried about?

that was more than 6 months ago.

most ppl that complained said that they seemed lazy and slow, and don't show up but a few hours a day for work... don't seem to care much about you.

-- I have never been there, just repeating what others have said... seemed to be a consistent complaint.

My own concern is Who is actually doing/creating the programming to the ECM's for that shop?.... because this Chris guy seems to be the one who does all the work instead of gearhead actually doing it. I have no idea what is actually going on there these days, so I could not tell you.

If your concerned about the program, pull a copy of it out of your ecm and send it (e-mail it) over to me for a review. I will tell you what is in there, good, bad, or ugly.

After I inframed my 871, (during inframe I throughly addressed and serviced the EGR system, new everything) I took the DPF and doc to be cleaned. Installed with new gaskets and vbands. New delta, temp and cleaned tubes. New wire harnesses too. I cannot get code 1993 and 1883 to go away. It’s a 2010 pro star with an 871. I’ve checked everything I can possibly check. Calibrated ecm as well. Am I missing something? I just want to delete this mandate now but I’m scared of landing a bad tune. I want to leave everything in place and just hollow out the DPF/DOC and get some sleep and get this truck back to making money again.

1993 = DPF missing code.

Sounds like you maybe did not do a "DPF Filter Replacement" procedure properly with Insite software. The ECM expects a certain amount of back-pressure based on a pre-estimate "soot counter" .. and if you do not reset this counter.. it will throw this alarm thinking you removed the DPF if you cleaned it and did not reset the counter.

That, or your DPF is actually bad ... depending on how you had it cleaned.
I'm looking for the @m*m^2 overlay and the updated instructions. I have a 2012 Pete with an isx that needs a dpf. I've been able to keep it from derating with onsite but it's having to do a Regen every day. I know that the filter is plugged or broken inside because I can hear rattling inside. My boss doesn't want to spend the money to replace it and it's pretty much a woods truck anyway. If anyone can help send me a message. TIA
I’m in NC and looking for advise. Any help would be much appreciated. 2014 DD13.
