just go to ebay and type "cummins inline 5" on the ebay shop by category bar on the top of the page and hit "search"
good day rawze i have learned more from u then any one thx for your site and vidios

i have a 2008 prostar cummins isx 500 i did my owen parcial delete on the dpf filter i was haing trouble with it regening all the time so i took the diff press sensor for the dpf and welded a nipple on the back side of the cat converter and put the front sensor there then i nknocked out a 5 inch hole in the filter pretty much just tricking the computer to still have diff press this worked very good never lost power or fuel milage . the truck would regen when the cat would start to sout up once every 700 miles to 1500 miles for a short time i drove the truck this way for 65000 miles with no trouble at all . then my egr cooler cracked . the international dealer talked me in to doing a dpf and egr delete know i can not get any booster over 34 psi un less i am in low gear and pulling hard . i have replaced the accuator on the vgt pulled my turbo apart cleanned it up spot less repaired all the fins to spec with the vgt turbo kit every thing lines up good when installing the accuator checked for leaks on the system tried a new imap sensor inspected the exagust manifold for leaks and cracks have pretty much done everything that can be checked mys next thing is im going to cover the air in take on the turbo and press test the whole system again thinking i might be loosing boost throw the turbo back in the crank case i did drill a hole in the top corner of the crank case filter so this would eleminate a high crank case pressure fault plus there is no blow buy but u can tell when just on high ideal

any help would be great

First of all, anyone who would go through that much effort to "fool" the system should have instead serviced it properly and got it back into working order. It sounds like to me that you went through a lot of effort and solved nothing much at all. Also, if the DOC was clogging with soot that often, you have some SERIOUS problems with excess soot in your engine. DID YOU EVEN BOTHER to investigate WHY? -- Your post tells me you have more issues than the emissions system\, and instead of repairing what is wrong with your EGNINE, you hacked up your DPF because it kept clogging as a result of EGNINE/EGR PROBLEMS!. -- Those systems clog up for a reason!. That reason is that THERE IS SOMETHING ELSE WRONG!.

Who did the delete programming? -- Did they even bother to re-program the turbo for non-egr during the delete? What is its position at idle? etc.etc.etc. -- You may be simply chasing ghosts because of improper programming.

I would recommend contacting forum members 'gearhead', 'Unilevers', and/or 'Mr. Hag' here on the forum to have the programming checked out and fixed before going any further. Otherwise you may be very well be on the road to engine destruction via a bad delete.

WOW, those must be some really good pain meds..
I read his post and thought "OMFG! I can not wait to read Rawze's response to this!"
I've been salivating, waiting for this one...
All I can say is I know a peterbuilt dealer in southwest Washington that's doing really bad tuning. They resemble the big boy tunes. I won't say where exactly online. I know because I fixed 2 so far this month so my advice is have someone verify you have a good tune to start with.
I wouldn't trust any other tune except a Rawze style tune. Good luck.

Amen! There is a shop next door to the International dealer that did my in frame doing the same BS... The International dealer took one look at my truck and said no sweat on the in frame, as everything was there! Next door, they do all sorts of crazy shi#t, so much so that my dealer will not even do a wheel bearing on these trucks, it is that bad... And yes, I am exaggerating a bit, but not by much. ;-)

YUP! -- IF IT IS NOT MM - 2 ---- IT IS A BAD DELETE!!!

YOU SHOULD BE IN PANIC MODE UNTIL YOU GET IT LOOKED AT BY SOMEONE WHO DEOS MM ON THEM PROPERLY!
i knew i would get some back lash on this the main reason was i started to have trouble with the truck regening after watching numerous videos of yours and reading in depth on the system rawze. i did go throught and indpect and clean all components in the egr system along with the dpf what it come down to is i need to buy a new filter and was upset about the cost , so that is why i did what i did . like is mentioned it did run great until i my oil coolers went and the shop and they talked me into the delete and in reality i cant blame the shop for my discion in the end i was the one who said yes and regreat it big time
If it is m-m-2 style then you wont have to worry about the timing causing the crank bearing to be hammered, or the excess cylinder pressures cracking your head. M-M-2 wont cause excess heat and overheat your injectors and turbo. The boost & pyro gauges should be the first things you get installed, today!
