thanks guys,

i did find it was the plug that was corroded and i had a power wire that was open in the harness along that left side rear part of frame where it is routed.

repaired wire and replaced that connector and light is on again.

however I have a new problem with the parking light on dash. when you release brakes the tanks have to be full on old sensor. I replace the parking brake sensor, and hand release valves. I am still getting the same issue however.
It could be me and being tired but Im not making any sense of what your asking or stating your having a problem with Nterry.
What is a parking light on the dash? And what are they doing? Which tanks have to be full of what on the old sensor to have what happen?
Yeah I'm always finding something new to fix. I hate wire nuts and butt connectors, they we're so old the wires were broken off.

Someone also ran a new wire I have to trace now, looks like for the brake lights.

Wire nuts are for a house, not a motor vehicle...that's when you use solder and heat shrink.
