Inline 7 is the latest Cummins adapter. It is exactly what you need. You'll just have to organise yourself a copy of INSITE, then you'll be ready to connect to your trucks.
just renewed my subscription of Insite a few days ago. It's now $600+. Back in 2016 it was a little over $400.

Trying to download Insite online nothing works
the program is free, but the subscription and the equipment is what carries a price tag. Most get their Inline from ebay, and a lot use the pirated software. I got tired of trying to navigate the multiple websites to get KeyGenerators and gave up and downloaded the official Insite from the cummins website and then called my regional rep for a subscription.
The first time i had to use a lady in Ga to get my subscription setup, and it took a few days because i could never get a hold of her. But last week i ended up calling a guy right in Tampa and it was two phone calls and two emails, took about an hour total to get my subscription setup/renewed.
I finally got it all downloaded correctly and have faxed off my paperwork to get the license say should take 24 to 48 hrs. Then I’ll be in buisness
