Cozad would happily recertified that for ya...they'll peel the VIN tag, build you a new trailer and reinstall "Re-Built" VIN tags, and that's the ONLY way they'll do it. And I haven't even asked them...

The value in that trailer is the Vin tage so you would not pay the 12% FET on the new trailer you may even save some sales tax and while your at it get the pink slip and license plate I'm not ready for a new cozad right now but I do see one in my future
