Blown head gasket? And by modified, deleted? If so, when and by who? What year truck/motor/brand... Do you have pyro and turbo boost gauges? Any over heating or codes? Need more info.

You can get a block tester with the correct fluid from Napa to check the head gasket.

blown head gasket is the most common scenario when you have a typical hack-job, take-your-money-and run delete.
Get with Unilevers, or mommaburt (possibly gearhead) to have the program straightened out if one of those guys was not the one who did it.
