Having same issues on a 2019 Peterbilt 389 with a cummins x15, no power at 15 Amp fuse. If we jump a ground at the relay it will power on fuse. Does the ecm command the ground on the relay??

Does the ecm command the ground on the relay??Not sure about that particular signal, but the ecm does use switching to ground for activating the engine fan solenoid. Maybe log onto quickserv.com and look at the ecm wiring diagram?.
