Hey folks I figured out the issue. While doing the EGR tuneup, I inadvertantly somehow unplugged a two wire plug in on the main harness that goes up around the intake manifold. Its on the back side of the harness so I didnt see it immediately. Ill try and upload some photos of the plug and location.
