Got a buddy that has a CM2250, It has a humming noise around the fuel filter housing, he's been to a few shops nobody can figure it out.......anybody got any ideas?

Electric lift pump stuck on?
A lot more info would be needed ... some history, ... what "the noise" sounds like exactly ... when did it start? ... what has been done so far ... is the truck deleted, (if so, by who)? ... etc.
