I have an active OAT code 249. Voltage too high or shorted to high source. Replaced sensor. Still on. I’m getting 4.77 volts at the sensor, which is correct. But insite says 5.19 volts, which is too high. I followed the troubleshooting steps, but it didn’t help. Temp on dash is correct. Insite shows 72 (default). Truck only has one sensor-2010 Peterbilt. Any ideas? Thanks

1 Bad ground to the sensor, bad sensor.
2 ECM or other module sensor connected with sensor input circuit.
