I have a 2009 KW T660 ISX CM871 million 3 on the dash supposedly rebuild at 650k. has a brand new DOC, DPF, DOZER, turbo, took apart the EGR system for the tune up and cleaned with berryman carb cleaner and oven cleaner, replaced all sensors imap, EGR pressure sensor, Exhaust gas pressure, and exhaust temp sensor. now I have a constant code 1866. I've cleaned the 2 EGR pressure sensor tubes and EGR valve with out issues thanks to rawz videos. I had no check engine lights prior to this tune-up.

Do you have insite? Usually when you bake or replace the dpf/doc you're supposed to do a maintenance reset.

these are both the same code...
SID-324,FMI-2 = cummins fault code 1883. DPF Delta-P sensor unplugged / intermittent.

SPN-3251,FMI-2 = cummins fault code 1883. DPF Delta-P sensor unplugged / intermittent.

PID-411,FMI-2 = cummins fault code 1866. EGR Delta-P unplugged / intermittent.

-- So check that they are plugged in properly .. maybe bad sensor .. sometimes they can be bad from new .. especially if you got them off flea-bay or some non-OEM place.. and if they are OEM, then source them from a different dealer.

ALSO -- if the ECM programming is old, it may simply be that the ECM needs updating to accommodate a change in those newer sensors... but usually it is an out of range fault and not an "unplugged" fault though.

- Could also be bad wiring harness or tarnished pins in the plugs.
the sensor is a cummins part but it was from ebay.. I just got the truck recently. but has paperwork from kw dealer who did all the work on new dpf system.
I did EGR tune up when I got the truck. I was advised to try changeing the presssure sensor connector next. as far as the ecm program I would assume its old but i wouldnt know until I get it hooked up to a insite program. I currently dont have it though.

Run up to the Cummins dealer and purchase a new sensor before you go hacking into the wiring harness, which will open you up to a possible host of new issues. Many reports of bad sensors on here if you hunt around, especially the ebay stuff. Sensors, that is a dealer only item for many of us on here, and only OEM, too many issues with the chinesium stuff and others sourced from non dealer entities.

...

THROW EVERY SENSOR YOU PURCHASED OFF FLEA-BAY IN THE GARBAGE CAN!!!! --- YANK THEM OFF THAT ENGINE RIGHT NOW AND THROW THEMN ALL AWAY!!..

TAKE A $40,00 COMMERCIAL ENGINE AND PUT CRAP ON IT ,... YOU END UP WITH A $40,000 PIECE OF S%$%IT!
I replaced the pressure sensor new from cummins and also replaced the connector. I let the truck temp get over 170 degrees then turned key to off position. and code is still there.
the only symptoms right now is the truck slightly shakes the as if its a little windy outside idle but the rpms dont go up or down it stay at 1600rpms constant
Did you pull the two lines off the sensor? Inspect them for cracks or tears, they can sometimes clog up too. Also, did you take the intake pieces off and clean them, especially the Venturi pipe. Could just be soot build up.
