I’m over in Aus and our genuine cummins parts prices are through the roof at the
Moment and I’d like to see if we can get rebuild kits and cylinder heads at a better price buying straight out of the USA. Let us know Thankyou.

Yes I have mate they will only ship to a USA address only.
If you have a cummins dealer you usually deal with would you be able to give me their direct email at all? That way I can email them and then have a courier pick up from them to ship to me over here.

I would just call the Cummins hotline
It might not be so easy as to call a dealer in the US or any where else.
1) They might have to have an Export license.
2) You might have to have an Import license.
3) Import Tax into your Country.
4) Shipping is crazy high, I know as I live in Thailand.
When I lived in Hawaii I wanted to buy a Jack Master Bypass oil filter to compare it with an Frantz Bypass oil filter and the shipping was over 100% of the cost of the filter, that was like 15 years ago so things have changed.
You can try and contact some Cummins dealers and see if they can do it but you might have to deal with a Cummins Service center. The only thing is then eater one of them will be stepping on the toes of the Cummins Centers in your country.
As they say you can ask the people at Cummins.
There are 4 things for certain in your Lifetime.
A) You will deal with the Government, be it City, County, Provinces (Thailand oh boy), State or Federal. Everyone want's there peace of Pie.
B) You will deal with a Doctor or Health care person of some kind.
C) In the US of A, YOU WILL pay Taxes.
