Hello guys, I’ve been surprised today. Truck is Kenworth T680 Cummins X15. After changing fuel filters (as usual, just regular PM) fuel system stop priming. Fuel filter Fleet guard FF5825NN, fuel water separator Paccar K37-1021, I always install that filters, bought from official stealership kenworth. Electrical fuel pump works like usual (I hear the sound), but after several cycles both filters is dry. No fuel at all. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

(most common issue)>fuel-water separator gasket did not seal properly?

primer pump failed?.

Sucking air somewhere?.

Yes, Rawze you’re right. Problem is solved. There crack on separator plastic cup, barely visible… after I replaced it, fuel start running from first cycle. And your amendments on my calibration amazing - engine running so smooth! Thank you very much, God bless you!
