Happy New Year to all!
Just an update on my truck. It turned out to be my ecm. big_roy originally helped me with my mandate removal and I contacted him to see if he had any thoughts on my truck's problem.
He had a spare ecm sitting in his shop and offered it to me to try out before buying a new one. The spare ecm brought my truck back to life and now I have a new ecm and most everything is back to normal (I am going to start another thread to talk about those problems ).
big_roy is a great guy and has been a great help with someone like me who is somewhat computer illiterate. He's located about an hour southwest of KC.
