Update: oil was washed and truck was driven 7 miles back and forth. This is the image of how it looked after the drive. The oil leak started from the oil filler section.

Yep, dripping on the balancer and slinging it everywhere.

Yep, I'd say ya found a pretty severe leak. With that much oil in so few miles, that would be one helluva mess on a regular trip.
Looks like you can replace the elbow or the whole filler neck and have it knocked out.
