Active Regen Frequency - farmtrucknw - 08-25-2026

Have a 2017 Prostar and to me it seems like it is doing an active regen way to often. At least once and sometimes twice a day. Its been running mostly short trips hauling grain lately so 50% loaded miles and 50% empty and 160 -270 miles per day. I have attached some info out Insite, the barometric pressure seems to match the local airport to rule that out. I did have an inactive 2764 code. I replaced the exhaust back pressure sensor a year ago. Im almost wondering if I have a bad sensor or maybe the cans are due for cleaning or replacement? If Its replacement Ill probable be leaning toward demandate.[attachment=10438]

RE: Active Regen Frequency - Rawze - Yesterday

how often does not look bad to me.. but the average on how clogged it is/ is getting is higher than normal.

its time to take dpf and the DOC off and have them properly cleaned and de-ashed at a stealers$it .. and to do a full EGR tune-up on the engine side + clean the doser injector, etc.

be sure to take pictures of their faces before cleaning and keep records of that. Maybe post them on here for some opinions.
