We ended up welding a piece of angled iron to connect the s/steel plate to the original metal bracket that holds the washer fluid tank. I'll get another pic and post it soon.

I was curious if anyone was using the hole in the side of the pan for the return line. Now I know.

* There is not enough flow on a bypass filter for an oil cooler to do any good.

* Oil is kept 200 degrees+ on purpose in these engines so that it keeps moisture out and oxidation low.

For the hose kit u may want to find a custom hose maker shop in ur area or ask Amsoil to sell u their but you'll still need the end connections to the engine
On my 2350 the oil cooler doesn't have as many places were to hook the oil supply as the on in the foto, I do have 2-3 and 5 ((used it))

Did you use #5 for supply?

Has any one done a video on this yet? I have a bypass system in the garage right now that I was going to put on my previous truck, but didn't get to it before I sold the truck. I have a 2010 prostar with a cummins. I'm looking to see where I could hook up the lines.

I think most are using port 5 from the pic on page 1. Returning to tge plug on the passenger side of the oilpan or the plugs facing downward just above the oilpan gasket on passenger side.

I have a 08 Prostar and the only fees able place I could see to mount my filter was behind the passenger fuel tank. I think that's where rawze placed his if you look back in this post.
