Turbo Actuator Position (percent closed) - HankAz - 04-22-2017

I'm playing around with the forced regen. On Rawze's video it is showing it is 96 percent. On mine it is showing 85 percent. Question is there a problem because it is not 96 or are they all different?

You need to also have it show you commanded position. Different charge air configurations need different amounts of backpressure. As long as commanded and actual match you're golden.

Nilao is right. Make sure you have the right ECM program for the truck too. I know some programs will command it to only 45% during regen, some are as high as 95+%. It is different based on the air flow design of the truck itself and not just the engine.
