Never had good luck running 80 westbound, it's pretty much a gradual climb until the rockies.

RE: Can't win - Lonestar10 - 12-16-2019

Still should be doing better only thing I can think of is my fuel might be getting aireated as in the davco there's always air bubbles flaring to top maybe 3-5 bubbles a second bout 1/16in or less in size coming to top

RE: Can't win - Magard - 12-16-2019

That’s funny. 8 vs. 4 something. Maybe you should go in reverse. Lol. I’m a dick I know. Something is screwed up. Just messin.

My foot your nuts let's setup a meeting! Lol

RE: Can't win - Magard - 12-16-2019

That would keep me awake for a while. Lol

RE: Can't win - Mattman - 12-16-2019

That's a lot of difference. I know my truck wouldn't have been getting 8mpg pulling that weight at that speed.

Is DD15 that fuel efficient?

I have a friend with a Freightliner Coronado. He pulls the same trip four times a week. Will ask him what kind of mileage he gets.

The cascadia body is supposedly the most aerodynamic

Don't know DD15 DD13 is much more efficient then Cummins. Have one gentlemen running flleet of 7 DD13. Speed limited to 72, reefer loads UT to PA and back, idle all time summer and winter, 8.0 - 8.2 MPG
