That has been around for a while. The programs avail from cummins for emergency vehicles is very hard on an engine and not meant for highway use. highway truck that have bees seen to be flashed with these programs live a short life. - It also does not eliminate those system, but rather lets the engine tear itself up if there is a clogged up filter, etc.. it only removes some of the shutdowns and derates.
