Cm2350 fuel leak down - Lonestar10 - 04-26-2021

So did injector leak down on old man's new truck and it failed miserably. Well found relief valve leaking that helped some but not much.

There is fuel being pushed into the return system so much that it comes up and out the banjo fitting when the bolt isn't installed. I'm thinking this fuel could only be coming from the injector quills? As bad injectors leak into the cylinders? Or is there more than that? Otherwise I'm thinking just throw 6 new quills in torque to spec and call it good or am I wrong? As the truck loses rail pressure from 29k to under 8k in 2 minutes.

could try re-torquing the old ones first and do the test again.

After that, you need to start plugging the lines off (up to 3 at a time) and find out which injector(s) the leak is at.
