Prostar air leak - PuroCumminsPower - 06-16-2021

Can someone tell me what this part is called? It’s leaking air and don’t remember what its called. It’s the one in the middle with the air hose coming out of it. It’s on a 2010 Prostar.

NOTE, if any solenoids are replaced put them back in the same places. They are very location specific.

That is the check valve for your 5th wheel release.

On my old '09 ProStar (sadly retired), those middle two solenoids with that connector was for the suspension dump. One day it quit working properly and I never did get it to work correctly. I had to replace a solenoid that went bad, and replaced that middle connector thing (I don't know if it was bad or not) and the suspension dump still took 30 seconds after flipping the dump switch until it started dumping air.

At one time I thought some setting had changed in Diamond Logic that created a 30 second delay. But no, when I checked the solenoid wiring, it had power to it the second the dump switch was flipped.

I never did bother figuring out what that middle connector thing did or why suspension dump needed two solenoids.

The left solenoid is for the air horn, and I think the right one was for rear diff lock.

I haven't looked yet (I probably did but don't remember) to see if my current '15 ProStar has that same setup.
