The one I have is a H00500C they are about 100.00 my factory one was a Hadley this one has better response. Does your truck have dual leveling valves. Some of them had two leveling valves?

I think my leveling valve is a NEWA. I couldn't see any other names on it or a part number. My set up is a single leveling valve.

I think I'll take a ride over to the parts counter and see if I can run down a Hadley. There is no telling how old my valve is and I probably should go ahead and get one and put it on.

The one I have comes with some brackets. But you might have to make something up to make it work.

I have Hadley leveling valves in the front of my prostar ... I hate them!. the guts are cheap plastic and if I don't grease the guts regularly, they just break all the damn time!.

Thanks for the info, I'll make sure I ask about the valves and internal parts when going to the parts counter.

So what would be a good replacement valve for him to use if the Hadley valve breaks all the time... I'm sure people have had bad experiences with all kind of leveling valve they are a moving part and they do take a shi#t kicking back there. Have you tried and different manufacturers valves on you prostar?

I have not tried a different brand, Nothing else fits it.

They last a long time if you limit air movement through them (less internal stress), and keep the plastic guts greased. I have needle valves on my air bags to limit air flow into-and out of them. That helps the most I think. It is less shock to the guts in the valves on bumpy roads.
