What is the normal crankcase pressure supposed to be at with a maintenance free filter?

Mine is logging at a min of 0.5 and a max of 0.8 but mostly stayed at 0.6-0.7 inH2O.

I’m assuming you meant inhg. To figure that in psi you would divide 0.8 by 2.03 or 2.036, can’t remember but either works lol. That puts you at less than half a psi of crank case pressure. Your crank case pressure is good.

You also have to remember that the older a sensor is it will start giving slightly inaccurate readings. Pressure sensors are the absolute worse for this.

Yeah it seems a little low for the blowby i'm getting. I'm gonna replace it and recheck it, and yes i meant inhg, thanks!
