871 exhaust manifold slip joint seals

Need to replace mine as it’s leaking on the forward most piece close to the thermostat. Is there a special way or tool to do this or drive it in like a wheel seal type thing? I see these seals are around $45-50 a piece so don’t want to tear it up.

a pvc pipe coupler from home depot that is shaved slightly fits them real nice for installing them.
Make sure you do not install it backwards.. I seen a lot of people do that then wonder why its still leaking.
